-SIX MONTH warranty service, THREE MONTH free repair and re-plating service are provided from the date of the original retail purchase.
: Some exclusions depending on the designs or materials such as pearls, cubic or stone gems can be made.
: Round trip shipping fee will be at the customer expense.
-All A/S inquiries are accepted only through email including the following.
1) A clear photograph of the fault
2) A clear written description of the fault
3) A proof of purchase being an email confirmation from ‘flan’, a bank statement or an order number from
4) All items must be returned to ‘flan’ via a method which can be tracked, and we will not take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit.
5) In the case of International returns, ‘Returned Goods’ is to be clearly marked on the postal company's consignment to ensure that the items do not attract possible customs duties and taxes on entering Korea.
6) On receiving, the item will be assessed by ‘flan’.
